GMG announces media buying shortlist

GMG Radio has confirmed its shortlist of agencies pitching for its media buying account in December.

After meetings with a “number of agencies,” GMG has now whittled down to a shortlist of four featuring incumbent Brilliant, MediaCom, phd and MEC:MediaEdge:CIA. A formal pitch will be conducted on 13/14 December and will be handled by the Advertising Agency Register (AAR) on behalf of GMG Radio.

A final decision will be made before Christmas and the account will involve media buying for GMG Radio’s 13 radio stations across the UK which operate under the Smooth Radio, Real, Century FM and Rock Radio brands.
