MiNetwork has introduced a new service to offer Corporate and Elite members the opportunity to have their business development strategy audited by a leading business development specialist in order to ensure they are in the best position possible to win business in 2012.
The Business Development Audit service will be offered by Yorkshire-based business development professional and MiNetwork advisor Trevor Flannery, who has more than 20 years business development experience with marketing services agencies across the UK.
MiNetwork’s new Business Development Audit service will see Flannery undertake an initial one hour consultation with MiNetwork members, during which he will gain a fuller understanding of what the agency offers, what type of business the agency is looking to bring in, why they are targeting those areas and how they are currently going about achieving their new business objectives. After this briefing Flannery will then write up a critique detailing what is being done well and possible areas for improvement.
Over the last 20 years in various agency sales and marketing roles Flannery has developed a deep understanding of what the new business journey involved and how best to take control of this journey to ensure new business is gained on the agency’s terms. In his last four years of working at the coal face of winning new business for a number of agencies Flannery has never once had to enter a competitive pitch.
