Ten new business strategies for 2012 revealed in free MiNetwork webinar

MiNetwork is to kick off the New Year by hosting a free new business development webinar so that agencies across the UK can ensure that their new business development strategy is in the best shape possible for the year ahead.

The one-hour interactive new business webinar will be hosted by new business specialist Trevor Flannery, who has worked with many marketing services agencies in the past and now works as a new business consultant for agencies based across the UK. He recently signed up as a MiNetwork advisor to members and also offers a free and bespoke New Business Audit service to all MiNetwork members, during which he assesses an agency's new business positioning and strategy and makes recommendations on improving results.

January's webinar will focus on the new business development journey and cover the following areas:
1. How did your agency get to where it is today?
2. Which clients are you after and why?
3. The importance on new business messages
4. Creating a new business plan
5. Getting the inside track on a specific client
6. How to raise the benchmark
7. Who does new business development and how?
8. How to adopt clever thinking
9. Never stop developing new business
10. Fun equals effectiveness

Richard Draycott, managing director of MiNetwork, said: “We all know that 2012 is going to be another challenging year for agencies, so any help, advice and new ideas will be greatly welcome. In the year ahead MiNetwork will look to offer our members and potential members some great opportunities to learn from eachother and share their thoughts on building a great marketing business. This webinar will get Minetwork’s year of activity off to a great start, so I do ask anyone who has responsibility for generating new business to join us for what will be an enlightening and enjoyable webinar.”

The webinar takes place on Wednesday 18th January at 3pm and attendance is FREE for everyone who is involved in developing new business for their agency.
