What was your first ever job? 

I was a housekeeper during my summer breaks

Which industry buzzword annoys you most?

It’s tough to choose just one! the top two are brainstorming and acculturation

Highlight of your career (so far?) 

FIFA World Cup 2016 in Russia

What piece of tech can you not live without? 

Waze/GPS app. Impossible to drive in Miami without it!

Who or what did you have posters of on your bedroom wall as a teenager? 

Menudo and Ralph Macchio

In advertising, what needs to change soon? 

The outdated metrics for measuring multicultural audiences.

What is (in your opinion) the greatest film/album/book of your life? 

Gladiator, I never get tired of watching this movie. And I must also say Coming to America, it’s one of my all time.  

Which industry event can you not afford to miss each year and why? 

There are always great discussions and keynotes from a cross-section of CEOs, CMOS and creatives in entertainment at PTTOW!

What's the best piece of advice you have ever been given?  

Something my father always told me: “Work hard, do your work diligently and sign your name proudly.”
